Boston Cream Cake










Oh so easy and impressive. This cake was gobbled up faster than any other one I've made!

1 box moist yellow cake mix
2 packages ready to eat vanilla pudding
1 tub chocolate frosting

1. Make cake according to directions, in two round pans. Cool completely on wire rack.

2. Place one cake layer on cake plate. Spread pudding on top. Place second layer ontop of pudding. Put frosting in microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. Spread on top of cake and let drip down the sides.

Fluffy Banana Cake







Easy and delicious...


1 package Moist Yellow Cake mix
1 1/3 cups water
3 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 tub chocolate frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 inch round cake pans.

2. Combine cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a large bowl. Beat at low speed until moistened. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in bananas.

3. Pour into prepared pans. Bake for 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pans 15 minutes. Remove from pans; cool completely.

4. Fill and frost cake with frosting. Garnish with banana chips if desired.
